When to contact your care team
Knowing when to reach out takes the guesswork out of looking after yourself. Here’s when it’s worth contacting your care team, and the quick ways to do it.
One of the quiet worries with any treatment is not knowing whether something is “worth bothering anyone about”. The short answer: you never need a reason to check in. Your care team would always rather hear from you early.
Good moments to reach out
- Something doesn’t feel right and you’re not sure whether it matters.
- You’re finding the routine hard to keep up, or your motivation has dipped.
- You have a practical question about your appointments or your plan.
- Your circumstances have changed and you think your care team should know.
How to get in touch
The app keeps your care team a tap away. You can send a message or book a follow-up from your clinic’s real availability, and your whole history is there so you don’t have to explain everything from scratch.
This app supports your care team. It doesn’t replace clinical advice. If you feel seriously unwell, or you’re worried it can’t wait, call 111 for urgent advice, or 999 in an emergency.
