Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026

These terms govern access to and use of Laive Health, service software provided to regulated healthcare providers in the United Kingdom.

1. What Laive Health is

Laive Health provides software that helps regulated pharmacies and clinics run the follow-up side of a private weight-management service. We are a software provider. We are not a pharmacy or clinic, we do not provide clinical care, and we do not supply, prescribe or advertise medicines to the public.

2. Who can use it

Provider accounts are created for verified healthcare organisations and their staff. Patients access the companion app only by invitation from a provider already responsible for their care. We do not offer self-service patient sign-up.

3. Clinical responsibility

This tool supports, and never replaces, the clinical judgement of your care team. Providers remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions, for meeting their own regulatory obligations, and for the care they deliver. Laive Health surfaces information and prompts; it never makes clinical decisions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data belonging to other organisations, or use it in any way that breaches applicable law or your professional and regulatory duties.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders.

6. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to laivehealth@gmail.com.

This page is a plain-English scaffold provided for transparency. It is not legal advice and will be finalised with professional review before the live service handles real patient data.
